Preventative Maintenance Mechanic
Responsibilities:
Inspects, services, and repairs ATS tractors (as directed), keeping tractors in a safe, road-worthy condition.
Performs basic necessary/scheduled preventative maintenance services (i.e., oil and grease, air filters, cooling system, nitrate, water filters) making adjustments/replacements as directed.
Education/Experience:
General technical knowledge in a maintenance-related field (i.e., automotive, heavy equipment, tractor repair) usually gained through two years of vocational training in heavy duty truck repair and/or 1 – 2 years of equivalent related experience.
Must be able to operate all related power shop equipment. Completes accurate work orders and time summary sheets.
Maintains a clean work area in a safe working environment.
