Description The PCS Corporate Trust Advisor is primarily responsible for administering and retaining assigned accounts including, Bond Trustee, Bond Registrar, Paying Agent, Escrow Agent and Custody.

Accountabilities Develops and maintains relationship with Clients.

Ensures relevant Client information is gathered.

Meets with Clients regularly to review proposals.

Participates in presentations to Clients to provide information on a variety of trust and financial services.

Monitors Clients’ accounts, resolving problems and offering alternatives.

Ensures the accuracy and maintenance of Client records and files and updates information as needed.

Coordinates with more experienced staff, when appropriate to resolve more difficult Client issues, problems and requests.

Understand the Bank’s Customer Service Strategy Considers the impact of their decisions on the well-being of TD, its Customers and stakeholders Provide the highest level of Customer service when dealing with internal partners, vendors or our Customers – WOW at every opportunity.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities 4 year degree or equivalent experience 5 years related experience required Thorough knowledge of Corporate Trust laws required.

Financial professional designation preferred.

Proven sales ability, including successfully attracting new Clients.

Attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and presentation.

Completion of a recognized certification program preferred prior to employment.
