The Company Our client is a well know producer of material handling products. They are seeking a Plant Manager with strong leadership ability to run a three shift operation located near Anderson, SC. The Opportunity The plant Manager will manage and direct manufacturing operations of a three shift operation. And be directly responsible for: - Leading the activities of the various reporting functions including safety, human resources, logistic and shop operations.- Develop objectives to optimize teams and ensure communications with employees and corporate- Be involved with making strategic planning decisions and capital requests for future development with the operation Requirements- 10 years of manufacturing leadership experience.- BA/BS Degree in business, engineering or related field- MBA is desired- Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.- Experience in high speed manufacturing.
