Sunwest Management, Inc., a national company in the Senior Living Industry, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Independent Quality Reviewer Specialist to join our team.
This position plays a critical role in supporting the Divisions attainment of highest quality of service.
The primary responsibilities of the Independent Quality Review Specialist is to provide support to facilities, assesses adherence to SENENET policies and procedures and state and federal regulations.
Strives for high resident satisfaction and quality of care services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities1.
Conducts site visits and completes written reports using Independent Quality Review template.
Reviews completed reports with appropriate operations executives following each visit2 Maintains current knowledge of the state rules, regulations and company policies related to Assisted Living and Memory Care3 Provides training to facilities regarding systems, policies and procedures, as needed4 Assists facilities during regulatory visits, if needed5 Must be able to travel extensively.

Education and/or Experience· Operations: · Associates degree in Health Service or equivalent and four years related experience.
· 3-5 years of experience in management is preferred.
· Previous experience working with the elderly.
· Intermediate computer skills are desired.

· 2-4 years of experience in management is preferred.
· Previous experience working with the elderly.
· Intermediate computer skills are desired.
· · Associate: · 2 years related experience.
· 1-3 years of experience in management is preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations· Operations: · Must have appropriate professional licensure (i.
e., NHA, RCF, ALF, BH, etc.)· Current valid Drivers License and auto insurance.
· Health Services: · Unencumbered RN License issue by the state in which employed.
· Current valid Drivers License and auto insurance.
· Associate: · Current valid Drivers License and auto insurance.
