Order to Cash Analyst

Spherion is seeking qualified candidates for Order to Cash Analyst positions. Positions are long term temporary opportunities for a major Manufacturer in Avon, Ohio. Main function of an Order to Cash Analyst would be to perform credit and collection functions related to our client. Employee(s) will be assigned a block of customer accounts to collect on, provide customer service to and address all financial issues and concerns. Employee will also research and approve all deductions that are assigned from the Electronic Deduction System, work with Sales, Customer Service and Marketing to verify the validity of customer deductions and claims as well as work with internal team to reduce deduction occurrences, perform regular evaluations of deductions and determine why deductions are created all in efforts to improve the deduction process. Other responsibilities include assisting with all Credit Memo entry for clearing of Deduction Claims as well as posting pre-deduction entries. Assist with the Open Deduction Management (ODM) maintenance of processing tables for routing and approvals as well as serving as a back up for New Customer Processing.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3-5 years of Credit and Collection experience, have working knowledge of manual and automated accounting systems, sound administrative skills, people skills, strong analytical and reasoning abilities. Candidates must have solid experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Explorer and Power Point applications. AS400 and SAP is a plus!!
