Prefer experience performing warehouse cleaning, office maintenance, janitorial, utility, specialized floor cleaning and office cleaning functions.Able to operate large motorized cleaning equipment and a forklift.Positions Available: Janitorial Warehouse CleanersWarehouse Sanitation Program(1) Sanitation Lead M-F 8hrs/day (shift TBD) $12/hr(4) Sanitation Cleaners M-F 8hrs/day (shift TBD) $9/hr(2) Sanitation Freezer Cleaners M-F 8hrs/day (shift TBD) $10/hr (3) Weekend Sanitation Cleaners Sat-Sun 8hrs/day (shift TBD) $9/hr Janitorial Program for Office & Common Areas   (1) Lead 5 hrs/day M-F (5pm to 10pm) $10/hr(5) Part Time Cleaners 4 hrs/day M-F (5:30- 9:30) $8/hr  Criminal Background and Drug Testing are prerequisites for employment.  Experience and Skills:Education: High school graduate, or equivalentExperience: Minimum of 3- 6 months experience in general maintenance, housekeeping and/or janitorial. Ability to multi-task, attention to details, customer service oriented, and positive attitude a must. Ability to work with minimal supervision.Skills:Must have adequate skills to perform required job functions with minimal supervision. Physical Requirements:Must be able to adequately perform required job functions. This includes being able to lift, bend, and move in such a way as to perform job tasks in a safe and approved manner. Must be able to operate required hand/power tools, test instrumentation, and equipment required by this position in a safe and approved manner. Able to lift 30 lbs.Environmental Conditions:Environmental conditions will vary based on job being performed. Must be able to work in a cold environment (freezer and refrigerated coolers).
