The qualifications for each role are as follows: Account Associate: · 1+ years of work experience.

Initial consideration will be given to those candidates with prior experience within firms/units specializing in market research or Human Resources related consulting.

· 4 Year college degree.

· Computer literate (Access and/or SPSS knowledge a plus).

· Excellent organizational and communication skills are necessary.
