POSITION SUMMARY Initially reporting to the Senior Vice President, Asset Management (SVP), the Vice President, East Coast Construction (VP), is responsible for the construction oversight and management of new development projects and redevelopment projects for the East Coast portfolio. The VP East Coast Construction will ultimately report to the SVP, East Coast Development. The incumbent also manages the efforts of tenant coordination professionals to complete all activities in support of the build-out of tenant spaces in shopping centers managed by the company. Operating within financial return, budget and performance parameters established by the SVP, the Vice President, Project Management has full budget responsibility for departments and projects under management, including operating within budgets, maintaining expense controls, achieving specified profit objectives, preparing annual department budgets and tenant fit out, redevelopment projects, and new development project budgets.
