LIFE ENRICHMENT DIRECTOR The Arbors at Oregon, an Extendicare facility, is currently searching for a Life Enrichment Director.

The Life Enrichment Director is responsible for providing an activity program appropriate to meet the physical, social, cultural, spiritual, emotional, and recreational needs and interests of each resident.

You will provide opportunities for residents to engage in normal pursuits, as well as promoting a successful and well- balanced leisure lifestyle.

While working with all disciplines, you will assist the resident in reaching his/her highest level of independence by planning and monitoring leisure activities for recreation and therapeutic purposes, designed to enhance the quality of life of each resident as well as maintain an open working relationship with the resident family/guardian.

Candidates must be a qualified therapeutic recreation specialist or an activities professional who is licensed or registered, as required, by the State and is eligible for certification as a therapeutic recreation specialist or as an activities professional by a recognized accrediting body.
