1. Responsible for managing regional field support personnel and support activities throughout the region.
This includes key service account management on a territorial geography2 The Service Manager is responsible to build and develop a strong field support team, ensure delivery of exceptional customer satisfaction, improving field support quality and achieving first call issue resolutions3 Manage the execution and/or implementation of proactive service agreements and any other service products sold as part of our portfolio4 Frequent travel is required to develop and maintain excellent customer relationships5 When required, support to the sales teams in the selling of service products by way of technical knowledge and experience of those products is expected.
Education: Mechanical or electrical engineering degreeRelated Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in a technical field or environment
