Duties: * Accomplishes work requirements by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, and coaching 5-7 crew members.

* Meets construction work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving operational problems; identifying work process improvements.

* Plans construction tasks well in advance by studying prints; ordering and scheduling materials, personnel, and equipment.

* Monitors construction progress by confirming instructions for the following tasks: soil erosion, site clearing/demolition, mass excavation, storm drainage systems, saniatry sewer systems, water distribution systems, site concrete, and HMA paving; conducting inspections; issuing change orders; approving work.

* Prevents fines and interruptions by complying with, and enforcing, codes.

* Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.

* Accomplishes organized goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
