Position Description:The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for processing new hire, payroll change, and all human resources related paperwork. This position is also responsible for coordinating the hiring process with managers and supervisors and ensures compliance with laws and other regulations.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Process all new hire payroll and benefits paperwork, ensuring accuracy and completeness.2. Coordinate hiring process with hiring managers and supervisors and ensure compliance with Viant policies.3. Coordinate the orientation process for all new hires.4. Distribute and post communications to all regional employees regarding benefits and other human resources or risk management issues.5. Serve as liaison between management and employee in facilitating issue resolution.6. Administer educational reimbursement and service awards.7. Conduct exit interviews for each employee or coordinate the completion of an exit interview form.8. Coordinate special events as required for Human Resources and Viant.9. Assist in the preparation of short term disability (STD) and long term disability (LTD) claims forms and forward to Cigna.10. May resolve employee benefits issues in coordination with benefits personnel.11. May hold biweekly Benefits Orientation meetings.12. Demonstrate commitment to Viant core values.13.
