Senior Asset Manager Prudential Asset Resources is seeking an experienced Senior Asset Manager.
This position will be located in Dallas, Texas, and report to a Director of Asset Management.
Prudential Asset Resources is a subsidiary of Prudential Mortgage Capital Company and one of the largest commercial and multifamily mortgage servicing firms in the nation.
Assets under management include CMBS, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and insurance company general account loans.
The Company is a rated Primary, Master, and Special Servicer.

Position Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a mixed portfolio of performing, on-book and CMBS real estate loans.
To ensure superior customer service the incumbent will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with internal and external business partners relative to their assigned portfolio (ie borrowers, originators, underwriters, rating agencies, portfolio management, closers, and others within Prudential Mortgage Capital Company).
Responsibilities: Review, analyze and negotiate request by borrowers and recommend course of action (includes preparation of case plans, etc).
Maintain credit quality through review, underwriting and documentation of credit requests from existing borrowers.
Assist in collection of property and financial statement and loan document covenant requirements.
Monitor performance of portfolio through proactive management of information and day to day interaction with borrowers.
Stay abreast of economic, market and environmental conditions and trends affecting assigned portfolio.
Maintain data quality of asset management system.
Partner with operational servicing team to effectuate reserve disbursements, payment changes, delinquencies, etc. Bachelor's degree with a minimum of two to five years related experience or equivalent Commercial Asset management work related experience.
Strong analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal/customer service skills essential with the ability to create/build and maintain relations with internal and external parties.
Strong organizational skills required with the ability to multi-task, work independently and as part of a team in a time sensitive environment.
Personal computer skills (Excel, Word, Lotus Notes).
