Brief Description: The successful candidate will work with IT, Project Management and Web Development teams to accomplish common goals.
This position will require a detail oriented team player with the ability to execute multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Duties: Works with staff and managers from various client associations to identify opportunities for extending core systems and functionality to the web to better meet the organizations needs.
Works with DBA on system setup/changes required to support eBusiness functionality Provide technical leadership to clients implementing eBusiness solutions over the web Develop and maintain an understanding of the Association Management industry, multiple client websites, including eBusiness and data challenges/needs Ability to discern information and maintain confidentiality as needed Perform other duties as assigned General Qualifications: Proven project life-cycle documentation skills; e.
g., functional user requirements, technical requirements, testing documentation, etc. Must have proven written and oral communication skills; strong customer service skills, and leadership skills.
· Ability to work with people at all levels within the organization, including IT team and Web development team as well as non-technical users, to deliver final products· Strong initiative for learning new and mastering existing technologies· Must be comfortable working in an ever changing IT environment and easily connect with department staff.
· Familiarity with association management and non-profit organizations· At least 5 years work experience with Web/Database systemsTechnical Requirements: Deep understanding of developing and managing web applications created with the Microsoft .Net Framework (VB.
