Spirit eCommerce Merchandise Analyst Description: Responsible for maintaining appropriate inventory levels, total store level down to the item level for the Spirit ecommerce store.

Responsible for merchandise allocations of all Spirit product to the ecommerce fulfillment center.

Partner with the merchant team on the assortment planning process pre-season.

Daily communication and follow-up with fulfillment provider on current projects and goals.

Create order forecasts by day and communicate to fulfillment provider to allow for proper staffing.

Partner with ecommerce team on Spirit online promotional strategy.

Understanding past events, how they impacted sales and planning for future promotional events.

Responsible for monitoring Spirit ecommerce slow selling merchandise and recommending price changes and discards online.

Responsible for generating weekly Spirit Ecommerce sales and merchandise related reporting and interpretation/analysis of the data for management.

Provide feedback and recommendations to Ecommerce team on Spirit item categorization and remapping of categories online.

Partner with Ecommerce team to fulfill any Spirit backorders of product that may occur.

Responsible for managing pre-order process for the Spirit site.

Spirit eCommerce Merchandise Analyst Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree.

1-3 years planning/allocation experience.

Responds well under pressure.

Great multi tasking and organizational skills.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent excel skills.
