Position Responsibilities Work at the direction of a manager in performing various financial and budgetary analyses to include preparation of compliance and monthly metrics reporting for North Central Area Engineering.

Access engineering systems to download required data for report preparation.

Review/organize/analyze financial data and provide meaningful interpretations and recommendations.

Prepare, publish and present meaningful performance metrics and other financial reports.

Review financial documents prepared by others for accuracy, form, and content.

Additional responsibilities can include monitoring of work orders, financial analysis, budgets review or preparation, project management, and process standardization.

Required Skills & Experience General understanding of managerial, engineering, and financial principles.

General understanding of engineering systems such as CMS, CCP, and COEP Strong PC skills with advanced experience using Microsoft Excel and Access Strong problem-solving and oral/written communication skills Strong organizational skills with an attention to the details.

Ability to quickly learn cross-functional work processes.

Ability to multi-task and perform in a quality manner especially under short deadlines.
