Identity Theft 911 is seeking a confident, goal-oriented Client Relations Manager responsible for account management and expansion sales with existing client accounts.
This position is instrumental in the company meeting its revenue and profitability goals.The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of excellent customer relations skills resulting in client satisfaction and retention as well as proven solution selling sales skills.
Key Responsibilities: ·Manage and own account relationships by delivering excellent service to assigned accounts.
·Assess and respond to existing client sales needs using a consultative sales approach.
·Qualify prospects, develop proposals and deliver sales presentations.
·Assist client implementation team with on boarding.
Requirements: ·3-5 years B2B sales experience.
·Proven account management skills.
·Financial services industry experience preferred.
·Bachelor degree or equivalent related work experience.
·Proficient with MS Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.·Familiar with Salesforce.com or other sales software.
·Excellent relationship building skills; able to effectively network.
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills; good listener.
·Must be organized and have good time management skills.
·Strong problem solving ability.
·Demonstrated public speaking/presentation skills.
·Self-motivated; high achiever; goal-oriented.
·Willing to travel up to 25%.
