We seek a manger with a prior background in working in hotels, apartment management, food service, or retail sales.
Critical skills include employee selection and training, cost control, local store marketing, and a commitment to quality.
Our best managers have outgoing personalities and generate revenue by asking for the sale.
Property Managers recruit, select, train, and manage a total staff of 6 coworkers.
They handle all of the P&L decisions for a multi-million dollar operation.
Their primary focus is managing the growth of our revenue and profit in the market.
Property Managers work a 55-60 hour work week and the salary range is $32-36k, plus bonus; medical& dental insurance, vacation (PTO), and retirement.
