The success Express Recruiter will use specialty publications, organizations, and the Internet to develop a network and gather information that can be used to make sales calls, including information on the following: · Current trends in the staffing industry and their specific niche· Job order opportunities and prospective client companies· Recruiting sources· Current and predicted business conditions.
Summary· Recruits candidates through creation and posting of ads, searching job boards and mining our database of existing candidates· Increase sales/job orders by making regular personal and telephone contacts with accounts and prospects, developing a network within a selected business niche· Establish new business accounts; expand and maintain existing client accounts; and expand the Express presence in the community and specific business niche along with other sales support activity· Recruit professionals for both direct hire and contract staffing positions· Reviews candidate applications for completeness· Performs background checks and tests candidates skill levels· Interviews candidates to assign temporaries to client accounts based on their skills and abilities· Prepares candidates and clients for the selection process· Works with clients to close the placement of qualified candidates· Meet required levels of activity and ratios/goals set for business success· Help to market highly-qualified temporaries to existing and prospective clients· Develops and delivers orientation for new staff Job Requirements Education / Experience · Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience· Administrative skills (record keeping, report preparation, etc.)· Knowledge of data entry and Microsoft Word and Excel are desired· Strong attention to detail, team spirit and excellent written and interpersonal skills are essential· A customer service orientation is expected· Experience in the staffing industry is helpful Our benefit package includes: Competitive salary, full group health, life and dental insurance, 401(k), and vacation/holiday pay.
