AGENCY DIRECTORCamdenThird largest county social service agency in NJ is seeking a FT, highly skilled management professional to oversee the administration of numerous federal/state benefit programs.
BA supplemented by master’s plus six yrs program management exp. is req. Applicants may substitute one additional yr of exp. for master’s.
Duties include, setting organizational goals, oversight of agency departments, budget prep., labor relations, Civil Service appointing authority responsibility and interaction with all levels of government and community leadership.
Applicants must possess exc. oral/written/computer communication skills.
Position is subject to Civil Service testing procedures and applicants must be residents of Camden, Gloucester or Burlington counties.
