Our client in the Greenbelt area is currently looking for a Post Closer & Government Insurer to join their team for a 1 month contract.
Responsibilities: *Prepare insurable loan packages for FHA and VA loans review Case Binders.
*Review and clear Trailing Documents.
*Review closed files in preparation for insuring.
*Review closed loans in imaging per Case Binder Checklist.
*Re-run DU/LP as needed and input conditions for missing or incorrect items into tracking system.
*Enter binder reviewed date in tracking system and manage conditions and clearing binders.
*Print conditions list from tracking system and contact appropriate parties to obtain conditions.
*Review conditions for completeness, and clear binder through tracking system for insuring.
Required Skills: Must have 3 years of FHA experience, Must be detail-oriented and have excellent multitasking skills, Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excellent written and verbal communications skillsJoin Aerotek Professional Services®.
