Qualified candidates must have the following experience: -Hardware Break/Fix- Windows XP, Windows 7 a plus- Active Directory – must be able to do more than basic stuff, actual troubleshooting- VPN- POS hardware- peripheral equipment – printers/faxes/scanners/copiers- some sort of ticket system experience- needs to be a desktop guru, able to build and/or rebuild any system from scratch quickly with or without imaging software- Should be strong at patch management, antivirus, software deployment, remote desktop management and have excellent customer service skills.

Must have an A+ Certification and solid hardware skills.
