The Operator I (Night Shift) will operate manufacturing machinery.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical equipment as needed.
Perform operations as described by SOP’s under GMP’s, to include working in a cleanroom environment.
Work closely with other manufacturing support areas to coordinate activities.
Maintain equipment in proper working order.
Maintain individual training records.
Clean equipment.
Follow safety procedures and practices.
Maintain a clean orderly work environment.
Communicate problems to supervisor, technician or engineer.
Properly complete manufacturing documentation.
Dispose of hazardous materials appropriately.
Interact with computer controlled equipment and processes.
Conduct basic quality inspection of work in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.
Read, write and understand English.

This is a flexible night shift position (2 nd shift – 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM and 3 rd shift 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM) and weekends as assigned.
QualificationsMinimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum one year of related experience or training in a GMP environment required.
Experience working with Formal Documentation required.
Experience working with Manufacturing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and mechanical repair/troubleshooting is required.
All manufacturing plants require ability to work varying shifts and overtime hours when required.
Must be flexible to work night shifts (2 nd shift – 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM or 3 rd shift – 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM).
Must be willing and able to work in Raritan, NJ. Experience working in Biotechnology, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical and/or Consumer Product Manufacturing is strongly preferred.
