The position is responsible for all aspects of installation and maintenance job functions pertaining to both OSP facilities and customer premise work while ensuring all quality and cost objectives are achieved and customer expectations are exceeded.

Other responsibilities include conducting field inspections, QAORs, safety observations, identifying and removing roadblocks, while tracking and analyzing performance, productivity, quality, and customer contact results.

This position must possess the ability to communicate clearly and professionally and handle difficult customer interactions.

This position also is accountable for all aspects of employee development, training, and safety compliance.

Requirements will also include weekend duties, on call, and extended hours as required by the needs of the business.

This position typically reports to the Area Customer Operations Manager.
